Beliefs
By God’s grace and for His glory, it is our desire at Christ
the King to be a church that exists to worship Christ, to grow in our union with Christ, and to extend Christ’s Kingdom in
Practically, that means we are a church that is:
- Christ-centered in all that we do and say. We believe Christ is central to the human condition. Christ is our hope, our life, and our redeemer.
- Consciously gospel driven. What we believe drives what we do. Because the gospel tells us that being precedes doing, we want to grow in our understanding of the person and work of Christ.
- Kingdom-minded. We are not here for ourselves. Christ the King will exist to serve the King and to seek the advancement of His Kingdom.
