The vision of our missions committee:

• Steadily increase our missions budget. 20% of our budget goes to missions currently. Our goal is to allocate 40-50% of our budget to missions in the next 5 to 7 years.
• Follow the Acts 1:8 model. "You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." Our missions budget will be divided into four categories. Each category will receive 25% of the funds:
  
• local
  
• presbytery and regional
• national
• global
• Regularly send individuals, youth and adults, on short-term mission trips to help our missionary partners globally.
• Encourage regular involvement in local ministries.
• Seek to support fewer missionaries at a greater level of financial support.
  

The seven priniciples which our mission committee will use to determine whether or not to partner with a particular ministry:

• Is it Christ-centered?
• Is it Scripture-based?
• Are the doctrines of grace and the system of doctrine laid out in our doctrinal standard driving their ministry?
• Are they seeking to gather in (evangelism) and perfect (justification, sanctification, and glorification) the saints?
• Is it relationally based ministry? People first, gospel always.
• Is it incarnational ministry? Putting hands and feet to the gospel of grace.
• Are they focused on indigenous ministriy?
